Eating

If I am eating salad and meat everyday i can only expect good results in terms of weight loss right?

15lb of meat and 10lb of salad and you'd still be fat. So it comes down to calories
 
you are partially on the right track. if the meat is all natural and you don't add oils, condiments and cook it right you could eat 3 meals per day with veggies spread out and lose weight.

the key is eating whole foods no matter what you do. it is the processed foods and sugars + eating too much and too often that is making us fat
 
For the meat - just make sure it's lean meats like chicken breast, sirloin steak etc.

A rib eye steak is very high in calories.

Also, make sure not to load your salad with dressing.
 
DOnt over eat anything or that will lead to weight gain. You can weigh your food out to get a better idea of portion size etc.
