It's not a worksheet that has matching numbers, it's an excel worksheet where you just input your weight in one box (in lbs.) and it magically shows you all the ratios. :)

What's your weight? I can just break it down for you right here, w/o the worksheet. :)

Actually - Im gonna try ther FF diet.....but I would still klike the numbers on ther ckd for 225 and 140 for future
