Early morning feed

[FONT=&quot]I leave early for work, 6.45 ish, and don't really eat breakfast, except sometimes fruit salad, an alpen breakfast bar or a fry up... but this is a bit random.

[FONT=&quot]When I go to the gym its before work, and am just starting to take a protein shake in for after the work out, but are there any suggestions for a quick/easy breakfast that will do me some good?

I more often then not do not eat until lunch regardless, and as far as that goes I meal prep (usually chicken breast, brown rice, and veggies).
 
you don't need to eat 'breakfast' at all

the nice thing about not doing it is you can illicit a nice spike in GH during the day along with the other benefits of fasting. your recovery will be faster too

if you are truly hungry though you can do some fruit but that isn't really hunger, that is dehydration when you wake up. so hydrate with some water and salt and then see if you still feel hunger, i bet you won't
