I've been meaning to figure out a way to eat them without blending them up in a protein shake... here's what I stumbled across yesterday morning:
1 small bowl
1 spoon
1/2 cupish Plain Rolled Oats
1 tbl of Naturaly sweet Raspberry Jam (9 g sugar I believe 10 total carbs)
2 splashes of water to soften up the oats
- Add in a dabble of dry flax seed if you like (did this morning)
mix together vigorously to mix in the jam and water, and it is...
VERY TASTY!!
Has anyone come up with other receipes for plain old rolled oats?
