Dried Fruit And Nuts and slow metabolism

do you think this type of snack can be consumeed while bulking and also a person with slow metabolism can eat them
too,are there more benefits than cons? thanks.

way too general of a question bro but i will tell you that nuts and fruits are perfectly healthy. dried fruits though have water extracted and are not a good idea.

just make sure your nuts are plain and not drenched in oil and eat them raw in moderation. nuts are hard to get in the jungle for a reason, you have to use up a lot of calories to climb a tree and crack one open

Slow as in fat? If so no. A small amount is ok - too much is as bad as anything

Dried fruit and nuts would be a terrible idea for someone with a slow metabolism. They are extremely calorie dense.

Lower calorie snacks like carrot sticks, celery sticks etc. would be a much better option

They are usually really high calories and loaded with sugar. I would rather eat fruit that is fresh and nuts here and there. Just track your total calories each day.
