does vanadyl spike insulin levels

What the hell is that stuff, saw it at GNC, when I was grabbing my favorite protein powder. Pretty big containers of pills just whats it supposed to do, (surprisingly there were no gimicky claims smaked right on the bottle, I guess that means GNC will be replacing it with another brand soon)

No, it doesnt spike insulin levels. It's an insulin MIMICKER, which basically means it will do the same thing as insulin; shuttle proteins and stuff into your cells.
