Does a low fat diet make your hair follicles thinner?

BSmooth

What do you guys think? I've noticed that my hair follicles have gotten much thinner since getting into BBing and cutting down on the large amount of fat that used to be in my diet. Not that my hair line is receeding, or hair is falling out, but the actually follicles themselves are much more fine and thinner.

how would EFA intake affect the brittleness?? like a constant Flaxseed consumption, etc..........would that make a difference???

It helps, obviosly its a fat so it prevents the brittle effects of not having enough fat. Plus you get all the benifits of such a good fat. Personally I think fat gram for fat gram it does do a better job of keeping hair from getting brittle. Since its one of those fats thats liquid at room temp, it just seems to me it would work better gram for gram.
