No more than an allergy test.
don't waste your money on this scam please
the best way to learn this is listen to your body and an elimination diet. people are way too lazy though to do this so they would rather just take a test.
even allergy tests are scams. just cause you happen to be allergic to something at that very second doesn't mean you will be an hour later. doctors chase test results way too much and it leads to a lot of poor diagnoses

Too damn expensive too - done properly
Don't know how accurate these are in these days but probably yes.
If you have money to do the test by all means but you can find out this pretty easily by just self-experimenting as well.
