I want to be on a high protein diet but I am limited with money. What are some simple and easy ways to get around the costliness for a little while before I earn more money? Thanks.

avoid restaurants, it is expensive as fuck
buy food in bulk and learn how to store and cook .. you will save money that way
PS. you don't have to eat a high meat diet to weight train. i actually eat very little meat these days. i hear ya on how expensive meat is too. i used to eat a lot more meat and my food bill was crazy high
