Hi there! The 2468 plan is where you eat 200 calories one day, 400 the next, 600 the next, 800 the next, (and if you'd like, 1000 calories the next day) and then repeat the process. It keeps your body from going into starvation mode by giving your body a variety of calories.

We can adopt the 2468 plan here. 200mg of test the first week, 400mg the 2nd, 600mg the 3rd, and 800mg the 4th (you can do 1000mg the 5th if you like) and then repeat the process. It keeps your body from going into shrinking mode by providing it a shitload of hormone.
