I'm 45 and weigh about 170 with 21% BF (Don't laugh). I have been trying all kinds of things to get down so that I can finally have abs. I just found out that I have low T, so the doc gave me a script for t-gel.

Should I double my dosage of the T for a month to help lose fat and gain muscle?

What kind of diet should I use. I need something with quick results, Keto, CKD... don't know whats cutting edge now
