diet opinions

would like to get some outside opinions on my current diet. looking to get bigger but stay as lean as possible. currently 5'10 205lbs workout 6 days a week. get about 2 hours cardio a week.

730am:
1 scoop of whey
1 tsp glutamine
cup of black coffee

9am:
6oz meat (chicken, turkey, beef, pork tend, bison)
1 cup of veggies
1 piece of fruit (apple/orange)
1 cup green tea

12pm:
6oz meat (chicken, turkey, beef, pork tend, bison)
1 cup of veggies
1 cup green tea

2pm:
1 cucumber tsp EV olive oil and a splash of balsamic with raw onion

430pm:
4oz meat (chicken, turkey, beef, pork tend, bison)
1 cup of veggies
1 cup green tea

530-7 workout/cardio

7pm: PWO shake 2 scoops whey, tsp of glutamine

8-9pm:
8oz meat (chicken, turkey, beef, pork tend, bison)
1 cup of veggies

10pm bed (thinking about tossing in a casein shake or cup of cottage cheese)
REPEAT
 
Defiantly needing some complex carbs in there if you are wanting to put on any size. Also needing some carbs after ur workout aswell so I would save the fruit in ur 9 o clock meal, replace it with some sweet potatoe/ brown rice. Then add the fruit or honey for ur PWO. Also think you need more protein with ur first meal and personally wld add some oats.
