    Diet on off days?

I lift weights about 5-6 days per week. I am lean bulking at about 10% over maintenance. These are my current macros:

    workout days

    cals 2750
    protein 165
    fat 75
    carbs 350

    off days

    cals 2000
    protein 165
    fat 75
    carbs 165

Does it make sense to eat less on my off days? Or should I be eating the same everyday? I've heard it argued to death both ways and was wondering what everyone's opinion was.

I'd gauge on how hungry I felt and how my results are coming along. How everyone needs to eat to reach their goals can vary drastically.

    Re: Diet on off days?

calculated macros and diet intake like we are robots will get you nowhere

pro's might do this leading up to a show because you will get short term benefits. however long term that is not the correct way to eat. plus everyone has different requirements anyway. just calculating all this shit based on age, weight, and other factors is a joke. some people need way less protein than others so you are doing more harm than good here
