Hi, thank you in advanced, I have been managing high levels of stress because of work and family issues and I would
like to know if there is a special diet that helps to turn off stress hormones, I started exercising too and I hope to fin a solution to my problem, thanks.

Any reason why you can't change the job for a start?
 
I would really try to ensure you are getting good quality sleep. On top of that, watch your caffeine intake and make sure you are exercising.
 
Antioxidants help your body deal with stress. A diet high in dark green foods like kale, spinach etc will help reduce cortisol levels

Also look into maca. It's an adaptogen
