Diet for maintaining muscle mass

Excerpt: If I just want to maintain the muscle mass I have, how much protien should I eat a day? Also, how much creatine and glutamine should i take if i just want to maintain muscle mass?

    you need to post more info, stats ect..

    Can't even begin to tell how much protein you might need for maintence without knowing how much muscle mass you have to begin with.

    1 gram per IB of bodyweight is a good goal. Higher "may" be better but I definitly wouldn't go lower.

    I'd save the glutamine for cutting if you don't have that much of it. Since the aminos it contains are the primary ones that the body is searching for when it goes catabolic I think its more effective while cutting, though its good no matter how you use it.
