Excerpt: I've had acne issues for years and I notice when I get clean the acne gets under control but when i get more loose with my diet then it blows up. I'm trying my best to learn what foods aggravate it so i can get rid of them. does anyone have any tips on foods to avoid and foods that are best? I'm 27 if that helps

    an elimination diet is going to be the simplest way to figure this out

    you start out by fasting for a couple days then gradually reintroduce foods one by one that you normally eat and then ones that flare acne you eliiminate

    Dairy does it for a lot of people. Keep your diet tight and it shpuod be a non issue

    Start with eliminating the more inflammatory foods like any breads, processed foods, dairy. You have to track it and see what works and doesnt. You can also get a food sensitivity test that might give you a good idea of what is causing it.

    keep out on oily foods as much as possible, also dairy. And for sure, ask a derm expert...
