Hi Guys.

im having serious issues trying to get my diet right.
Age: 31
weight: 80Kg
body Fat: approx 17%

i am trying to put muscle on and try to reduce my body fat (the holy grail!). i have serious issues with my stomach and just cannot reduce the bloated belly look. no matter how i adjust my diet my stomach never reduces! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me. where am i going wrong?

i do a 5 day weight training split which consists of weights work for 30 mins at a time mon-fri.

my diet is as follows.

8am breakfast: 2 full eggs scrambled with 2 wholemeal bread

11am snack: peanuts or cashew (about 2-3palm fulls)

1.30 meal: chicken breast, couscous, broccoli, suger snaps, asparagus

4 snack: half a can of tuna, and half a cup of kidney beans

7pm meal: chicken breast, broccoli,

8.15 gym

post-workout shake (normally around 20-30 carbs, 20 protein)

some weeks i go gym at 9am depending on work and il adjust the diet to put the post workout after gym and maybe have a snack of some cashew nuts at 9pm instead.
