Diet help

I am a college football player and I am currently 5-9 187 pounds, not sure of my Bf %, and Im trying to get as lean as I can bc I play safety and I need to be able to run. I am trying to cut down and I have hit a rut. I cant lose anymore weight. I dont know if it is bc I am getting lean, I can see the veins that run from my lat down my obliques and the veins in my legs are beginning to show but for the past 2 weeks Ive been stuck. My diet looks something like this every day:

7 am- MRP (44 protein 24 carbs) w/ bran cereal (24 C), w 1 g ALA
10 am- Protein bar (25 protein, 14 carbs,() w/ 500mg ALA
12:30 pm- Grilled chicken w. grilled vegetables w 500mg ALA
3:30 pm- Can of tuna with a handful of almonds
5:00 pm- Lift(about 1 hour 15 minutes) and run sprints/agilities (about 45 min total)
7 pm- Postworkout shake (46 p/40c) w/ 1 g ALA
8 pm- Meat with vegetables or salad

I dont want to cut my carbs bc I need energy to do my running workouts. I lift Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri w running on those days and on Sat. On Wed I do light cardio for 30 min and stretch out. I am also on 50 mg Prop/50 mg winny/.25 ml Liquidex a day. Please help me out
