diet for gastric bypass

Guy I need to know if after getting a gastric bypass you can still eat whatever you want or there are some foods or beverages
you need to discard for life? thank you.

it is a lifestyle for sure. if you aren't willing to change up your lifestyle you will never get anywhere even after gastric

A gastic bypass surgery just shrinks the size of your stomach. You will feel fuller a lot quicker but you can still gain weight and put on body fat by eating the wrong foods.

The same rules apply for weight loss whether or not you have had a bypass surgery done - watch your calorie intake, base your diet around whole single ingredient foods etc

It was eating whatever you want (and of course the amounts) which got someone so fat that they ended up having a gastric bypass.

You have to make sure youre eating clean because obviously you were not disciplined and that got you to have the surgery in the first place.
