Diet & Cutting: Looking for recommended cycles?

Hi all.

New to this forum. I've always had weight issues since I was younger, but managed to get things under control in my 20's.

I got married, worked, the usual life shit that gets in the way. Breaking point was Covid pandemic.

I went from 95kg to 117kg, so I've basically spent this last year trying to cut down my weight.

Currently I am on a lower calorie, high protein, mid range fat diet, I am eating clean and have cut out 98% of all sugars from my diet. I also do alternate day fasting, I eat around 2200 calories on my lifting days, and fast my non-lifting days, and I'm back in the gym and going consistently, however I've also realized that I am getting older and it's not as easy as it once was to put on muscle, lose weight.

I'm intermediate level on most of my compound lifts, but my main focus now is body recomposition, I have just hit 97kg since I started in January, but I'd like to see better results.

So recommendations for a cutting cycle, should I do a SARMS cycle, or just go straight for Test.
I don't really care about pinning or orals, if that's what is going to work.

Thoughts?

I would start with a sarms cycle and a TRT dose of testosterone

100mgs testosterone/week
20mgs cardarine/day
25mgs rad140/day
7caps n2guard/day organ support

and increase your cardio to 6x/week am empty stomach

and you need to post a log journal so we can guide you and help you in your results

good cut down harder and start with sarms before steroids imo
