Deca pre-contest

Has anybody ever used it pre-contest, it doesn't sound right to me, but I was told it is good up to 4 weeks out.

Not if it's a tested event. 12-14 mo detection time.

It would be okay if you stopped 4 weeks out. That would be plenty of time to rid yourself of the bloat.

id take eq over that ANY day.. especially pre contest

Yea, def. go with the EQ...you'll be a lot more vascualr and wont have to worry about failing drug tests for the rest of your life(or few months).
