    if you find raw dairy or dairy made with quality ingredients from grassfed cows it is okay in moderation.

    however the milk sold in the US is all pasteurized, disease ridden and the cows are forced to be milked. the cheese is cheap shit sold by factory farms and full of preservatives. if you want to eat cheese find a high quality european cheese, not one from walmart.

    I really don't like dairy. It's inflammatory and most adult humans have a major issue with digesting lactose.
