    Cutting dairy completely, will it help me lose weight ? Someone told me if i cut dairy out completely I wont be sick anymore?

    It obviously depends how big part dairy has been playing in your diet but I would say probably yes.
    Sick in what way? Cutting dairy is not gonna make your body immune to diseases so I would call that bs.

    american dairy will make you sick so cutting it out is smart

    i do eat european cheese on occasion with no problems. they have way different standards in europe. american cows are sick, abused, and fed shit. our farming system is all corporations with 1 goal which is PROFIT, they don't care about quality

    It just depends how much you have. You can do without it for the most part. But almost everything is fine to eat to a certain point. It's called moderation. My only source of dairy is one Greek yogurt oer day, which has many benefits for your health as well as high protein content

    That's a bit extreme... I don't think you're looking at it the correct way. Just eat a balanced diet with everything in moderation.

    I think saying you won't be sick anymore is kind of a stretch. It's great for you to cut dairy, though. I'm into Paleo diet and dairy is a no-go for me, but there are other stuff you can cut from your diet to help you be healthier.
