You can function fine all of 40g of carbs total. Takes dicipline. Typical bobybuilder will eat that x2 for break fast. Whats breakfast? Havent had that in a while. Dont eat any sugar unless its on a peice of fruit. Dont touch that poisen my friend.

I meant to say only eat fruit for sugar. It sounded like i said add sugar to your fruit. Never add sugar to anything ever. Dont have it in yoir house. Dont have it in your salad dressing. Dont put it on your girfriends vagina before you lick it. Use mustard then lick it as mustard is carb free
