dads got high triglycerides

well, my dad has high tryglicerides and i was woundering if someone could give men any advice ot give ot him diet wize. he is varystubbern so there wil be no giving up meat and sugar vary much so if oyu could givwe me ideas to give him about eating that would be great.

Don't eat too much fruit... I'm 99% sure that fructose turns into tryglicerides..
My grandpa had a heart attack and thats what the doc told him

Try searching Google groups for triglycerides and niacin. Niacin is B-vitamin that will lower triglycerides, but its use should be supervised by a doctor.
