I figure I'd hop on the bandwagon and make my own thread. Plus it'll keep me motivated and give me a sense of obligation, I'll post up if I ever cheat .
Chronology/History:
May 2004 - 200 lbs 22% bodyfat about? BAD bulk - university food :S had to make due...gained tons of muscle only to be lost in the next interval
May - August 2004 - had a crazy job - no sleep, no eating, high stress = lotsa and lotsa damage to muscles/body composition
September 2004 - December 2004 - damage control/maintainance, managed to get to 185-190 at 18% bodyfat :S
Jan 2005 - May 2005 - Now 170 at 11-13% (calipered)? bodyfat (can someone get an estimate from these pictures?). I think I'm probably 14-16 objectively, I think my caliperization skills just suck but I'm sure you guys can eyeball it better than I can measure it.
Age: 19
Height: 5'7 still growing apparently...don't ask, I'm a late bloomer

So...now, I plan to run that crumcake plan...56 days no cheating at a 55:45:5 P:F:C ratio at 1700 cals until exam time (August). Will do cardio ~4 times a week and weight training 4 times a week.
I'm a small weak bastard at this point. I probably lost a lot of muscle from the cut...well...5 lbs according to my calculations.
Lifts
Bench: 200 lbs 2x5...subsequent sets drop, 225 maxout
Deadlift: 260 5x5, 315 maxout
Squat: haven't done these in awhile...flame me if you must ...Last I squatted was 225 5x5
Pharmaceutical Aid:
Loose usage of EC stacks, usually 8:200 E:C, now boosting to 16:200 2 weeks on 1 week off (if I can lol)
Always been natural up to this point, will keep natural for the next few years
From the looks of those pictures, I'm guessing some of you would tell me to bulk up...although I want to see if I can go sub-10 first, and that'll probably give me a better vantage point of a bulk...It's psychological...I want to experience being lean after being a fatass most of my life. I may be wasting a testosterone prime...but I can always buy em later .
Diet
Meal 1: 2 scoops whey + 1 tbsp flax + 1 tsp fish oil
Meal 2: 1 can tuna + 1 tbsp flax + 1 tsp sesame seed oil (this is addictive...as sick as it may sound)
Meal 3: 2 scoops whey + 1 tbsp flax
Meal 4: 5 oz chicken breast + 1.5 cups brocco
Meal 5: 1 can tuna + 1 tbsp flax + 1 tsp sesame seed oil
Meal 6: 5 oz chicken breast + 1.5 cups brocco
PWO shake: 2 scoops whey - I thought of adding dextrose but I find that I don't lose weight this way...maybe from water retension but I don't want any insulin running through me...I don't know why I'm so nitpicky about it.
I'm not completely strict, I'll eat when I can...tupperware if I have to...the meals alternate, the order changes but all the food items are the same
Anyway this is getting long, will keep posting. Pictures I'll probably take once every few weeks...unfortunately when I took these I didn't have a wireless mouse or a good cam so no leg/back shots this time .
