Cutting out carbs

I am going to eat less than 100 g of carbs a day for the next week. What are the best alternatives to eat that have low amount of grams but are best in giving me energy and filling me up ?
 
I don't think that that's gonna happen. Unless you are gonna up your protein and fat to compensate you're gonna feel hungry

There are ways you can reduce hunger without bumping up your caloric intake that much. For instance increasing your vegetable intake. Drinking lot of fluids. Eating foods that are higher in fiber etc.

It's all about volume when it comes to calorie-restricted diets.
 
non-starchy vegetables are very low calorie but very satiating.

Brocoli, asparagus, mushrooms etc etc
