Cutting Diet Phase 2

Hey guys. I'm 6'1, 204-5 lbs and 13% bf. I bulked up to 211-13 16%bf during the winter. I'm coming down right now. I have been coming down for the past 4 weeks. My strength and mass increases from my 5x5 have maintained except my waist which has gotten smaller. (43.5-44 chest, 15-15.25 arms, 34 waist). Please just look at my diet and tell me what you think. My calorie intake was 2000-2200 during my first phase. now I'm dropping it further. Ever so often I have a cheat meal to trick my body.

Today
Meal 1
50g Whey shake
1 T flax seed oil

Meal 2
1 cup Grilled Chicken Breast
1 cup Brown rice

Meal 3
1 whole egg
6 T egg whites
1 slice whole grain potatoe bread
1 T ANPB

Meal 4
1 cup grilled chicken breast
unlimited salad

Meal 5
50g protein shake

Fat 46g
Carbs 125g
Protein 211 g
1785-1800 calories
 
I wrote that I stopped at 211. On some days I was 214-215. Probably just water weight. I started my first 5x5/bulk in January. I wish I learned about all this in november. I would have easily made it to 220-30. That was my goal. I just don't want to be fat for summer. Makes me feel terrible and that's not the point of this. I'm looking forward to this winter.
