Would this meal plan work for a cutting diet? Are there too many carbs? My stat are 5.9, 196lbs, around 20%body fat been training for 3 years. I'll be alternating Clen and ECA

Meal 1. Oat meal and a low carb protein shake
Some kind of ECA

Meal 2. 6Oz fish or chiken breast
One medium potato
1 banana

meal 3. 1cup low fat cottage cheese
1 apple
ECA

Meal 4. Low carb protein shake

Meal 5. 6OZ chicken or fish
1 cup vegetable

meal 6. Low carb protein shake

thanx

Couple things. One, you don't want to add flax to your post workout mrp. It will slow absorbtion which is not good post workout. Second, I'd limit the mrps to two a day. You've only got two servings of lean meat in there and that's not enough IMO.

Also, look into adding some aminos and/or glutamine to limit catabolism.

Ok. I won't add flax in my post workout shake.

meal 4 I'll add a chicken brest or a can of tuna

How much aminos and/or glutamine should I add?

Karma for you both

Thanx, I really appreciate it

:D :D :D :D

I take a couple BCAAs (aminos) about an hour before cardio or a regular workout. You can also take l-glutamine at night instead. I forget what the dosage is on that...I think it's like 10gr a day or something. You can go with what the container says.
