    Critique my meal plan

    Meal 1: 8 eggs(7 whites, 1 whole), 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 2 tbsp natty peanut butter

    Seems fine I suppose. I can't really dole out specific diet advice as it can get way too involved and I have a hard enough time keeping my own diet on point.

    it is a standard cookie cutter diet that people online charge $300 to copy/paste to you

    for some it will work fine, but for most you will not reach your goals following a copy/paste diet and this type of diet is not healthy for your gut due to the frequency and the lack of fruit.

    It's pretty repetitive but very clean. If you can stick to it go for it. I would get burned out on it real quick.

    I do eggs, egg whites and oatmeal each morning

    Then chicken breast, sweet potato and veggies

    I do this every day but my other meals change. Just eating these once a day is not all that fun. I cant imagine multiple repetitive meals per day of the same shit
