Excerpt: Hey I am looking to cut down, I am fat. I weight probably 260 pounds and Iím like over 25% body fat. I have already cleaned up my diet but need some more help.     critique my diet below

    Hey I am looking to cut down, I am fat. I weight probably 260 pounds and Iím like over 25% body fat. I have already cleaned up my diet but need some more help. I also sit on my butt all day for my job which does not help either. My diet is below:
    chicken breast
    eggs
    whole grain bread
    fruits
    steak
    carb supplements
    protein bars and shakes

    I would cut out all the carbs and carb supplements, go whole food and eat more meat and veggies. Go natty like a bodybuilder would

    nix the bread, bars, shakes and most certainly the carb supplements (why would anyone even take that unless you were slamming hgh and insulin? just NO NO N O NO NO!!)

    add in veggies, where are your veggies ?

    bro stick to real food and eat less and do some fasting. I eat 5000-6000 calories some days but i fast on some days. but you fat bro so you gotta eat less than that

    So which and what? Go get weighed and measured properly. You might be 300 and 40%

    Cut out the processed foods like bread, bars, and shakes. Replace with more lean meats, nuts, and veggies.

    Cut out all the ďsupplementĒ foods. Keep it simple and stick to lean meats and vegetables/fruit. Egg whites and spinach is a great breakfast choice.
