Creeping over 15% body fat

I have never been over 15% body fat in my life but I'm creeping over that number now and I don't like it. I've always been lean and I've always been an exercise machine but I pull back from that and my diet has gotten sloppy. Can you give me any tips to get things back on Pace in some motivational information
 
you should go on a fast every few days per week do fasting and clean out your carbs
