Correct use of peanut butter whilst cutting

st8grad said:
True. However, I think it helps fulfill a taste requirement that many seem to get while cutting. Kind of knocks down that sweet tooth. Pecans are more nutritious than almonds and depending on the person a better flavor. Maybe worth trying?

yeah, pecans are very high in antixoidants, but I don't like the taste, nor walnuts. Cashews are my fav taste wise, but they're the only food I can't restrain myself around, so I don't buy them (very easy to eat 200 grams +)

Both have too much 06 still (even though walnuts is 4/1 o6/o3, and the best nut source of 03, I personally think that that's still not a great ratio, early man ate between 2/1 and 1/1 and much of that was not ALA, but actual EPA/DHA, so relying on ala may require even a stricter ratio).

Do you like cooking? Then keep a great recipe.
easy peanut butter chicken

I was just thrilled.

Correct use? Scoop, place in mouth, swallow. Am I doing it wrong?
