Excerpt: Anyone on here eat corn on the cob? I heard from some people that it's really bad for you and high in carbs and starches. the thing is where I live we can get corn for less than $0.50 each and it's really easy to boil and eat. But is it bad for me?

    Corn on the cob?

    Anyone on here eat corn on the cob?
    I heard from some people that it's really bad for you and high in carbs and starches. the thing is where I live we can get corn for less than $0.50 each and it's really easy to boil and eat. But is it bad for me?

    it is a vegetable. hence it is not bad for you. what makes it bad is the way people in middle america cook it. in refined oils, smothered in butter and processed to hell

    it is awful for your teeth, one of the worst things. so cook it in plain water and cut them off with a knife, don't eat right from the cob!

    You can eat corn when you're bulking, just boil and eat

    but when cutting dont eat corn, too calorie heavy
