in other words it is in foods Americans never eat

one of the many reasons most americans have heart disease

organ meat? HA! people make fun of vegans yet they will only eat the muscle part of an animal with the least nutrition. they even cut off the fat and bones and throw it away. the fat and bones should BOTH be eaten. make bone broth out of it. the bone marrow has all the nutrition! people are fucking wussies these days. i eat both organs and bone broth frequently. just buy a slow cooker and plain veggie broth. very easy to make
