Convection Oven

I just bought one of those circular convection ovens, that cooks by circulating hot air around the food. I cooked some chicken breasts in there and they were awesome, they almost tasted fried, plus it only took twelve minutes and you can make like six at a time. It wasn't that expensive and a little something different is always nice. Take it easy guys and gals and thanks for all of the great information!!!!

TANGY BAKED CHICKEN:

4 skinless, boneless med. chicken breasts
1/8 t. Ground pepper
Dash of Ground RED PEPPER
1/4 Cup creamy French salad dressing(Yes, you can use that fat free stuff)
1 T. Dijon-style mustard
1 t. Worcestershire sauce

Rinse chicken, pat dry with paper towels. Rub pepper and red pepper over chicken.

In a small bowl combine salad dressing, mustard and Worcest. sauce. Lightly brush some of the mixture on both sides of the chicken. Place chicken in a 2 qt. rectangular baking dish.

CONVECTION cook in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until chick is tender and no longer pink.

I LOVE MY CONVECTION OVEN FOR FAST MEALS IN HALF THE TIME!!!!!!!!

Btw: fOR A REGULAR OVEN YOU CAN DO THE SAME BAKE CHICK IN A 375 DEGREE OVEN FOR 25 -30 minutes!
