confused about eating fruits when dieting

I started my diet three weeks ago and I have lost a few pounds already, but I need to know if I can eat fruit in my diet, some people say yes and others no because fruits contain high amounts of sugars, so I need to clear this out once for all, thank you.
 
when you eat fruit you get a spike in insulin which causes your body to store fat. so if you are cutting you need to limit fruit yes. however having an apple as a snack is 100% better than eating a donut or piece of pie.

fruit also is high in vitamins and anti-oxidants which we need.

so the answer is fruit is great if you are eating that instead of ice cream or cake. if you need something sweet go with fruit every time. but even better would be eating veggies ;)

what you should get is n2slin from n2bm. take that before you eat fruit, it will block fat storage
