what the hell, i'm in.
I have already been losing fat for the last 18-19 weeks and I am actually mid-way to where I want to be.

age: 35
height: 5"9
weight: 185lbs approx.

training: 30 min cardio/daily + 30 min circuit training/daily + advanced taebo/martial arts classes every 4-5 day
diet: 2000 calorie approx.

18 weeks ago(41" waist):

William, good job man. Try running first thing in the morning on an empty stomachfor 30 minutes 4 times a week without even brushing your teeth since the toothpaste has potential carbs. You want you body to resort to using your bodyfat for energy instead of what you put in it. If you are doing your cardio in the daytime thats probably why its harder to take the weight off because you burn off what you just ate not whats stored within your body as fat.

thanks man, I actually do my cardio first thing in the morning (I brush my teeth though). I normally have a cup of coffee and a banana, if not i wont have energy, but I'll try to skip the banana and see what happens...thanks
 
Just got back from a 19 km bike ride. Nice ladies down at the uvinersity. :p
Now I'm fricken hypo glycemic, so I gotta have some carbs. :rolleyes:

I just went grocery shopping with 4 kids and a husband in superstore. Iam hypo glycemic and need some carbs LOL! :)
