Comparsion of Dietary Fats

Udo Erasmus has a very interesting book on this topic

a bit biased but very interesting

"fats that heal, fats that kill"

some of his assertions are a bit off but all in all a good read

very true. I have read excerpts that are interesting.

his "udo's choice" line of oils are sort of misguided--they contain supposedly the perfect balance of all the Omegas for an overall diet; great if that is the only fat you consume

I like most people get fats from a lot of different sources--therefore I use flax seed oil because it has the highest proportion of Omega-3s of any vegetable oil, and Omega-3s are the unsaturated FAs that bodybuilders need the most.

Have notices a huge difference since I started.

am thiniking of moving on to fish oils but damn they are expensive.
