Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I'm hoping you can help me, i'm still in college and time is an issue working full time, going to school full time and having to drive to and from home 45 minutes twice a day. I have time for some cereal in the morning and egg whites. my mom packs me a sandwich for lunch and then i eat what i can from the food court at school for dinner.

Not real life stuff. Oh my!! Do the same as working people everywhere. Meal prep and do it YOURSELF. What's with mummy doing it FFS. You're not a kid.
went through the same thing while i was in college. had full time job, part time job, and school full time. i did not even have time to study, had to crash for exams. i was not able to focus on training, that is the reality of the situation and that is what we all go through man. i still found an hour a couple times a week to train and i still managed to eat healthy in the process.
What you want to do is find a couple hours any day each week and make all your food for the entire week.
Youre just going to have to meal prep like a grown adult.
