    How long does it take to for the body to catch up to bad foods being eaten? For example you’re only eating clean for months but then you go a weekend of eating only junk good. How many days will it take for you body to gain weight ?

    the problem with that is when you eat garbage your taste buds will revert to craving those foods. you should aim to eat clean always. you know you can still eat yummy foods that are still healthy right?

    You shouldn't start gaining weight from just one weekend binge. You should avoid doing that, but it takes consistent clean eating and exercise to get lean, and it takes consistent poor eating to undo.

    It's less how quick you'd get fat than the other effects. Days.

    why go for junk foods, they aren't going to help you in any way.. Stick with eating healthy foods.
