Ckd diet calculator

Help, I cant find the link to the CKD calculator I had that allowed you to put in your stats and it gave you your daily intake numbers for the day!

I tried to search and couldnt find it on here, does anyone have a link or spreadsheet for a CKD diet, I need to tweaksome numbers!

That would be cool to use but there are the formulas too. Worst case scenerio you do some math.

Sorry guys, if any of you have talked to me before, I normally search but apparently links I was getting that were "dead" was an issues with my comp, so I thought all my links were bad.
