Citrus Tarragon Chicken Recipe

6 pieces chicken breast, skinless and boneless
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ginger, ground
1 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed
Combine all ingredients, pour over chicken and marinade in refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove chicken and discard remaining marinade. Grill or broil chicken until no longer pink in center.

Makes 6 servings
Serving Size: 1 chicken breast

made it tonight, holy shit was it good...i hate to discard all that marinade though i need to find a way to make the chicken soak it up :D
 
I see Blubber was banned....Butttt....If anyone else has wondered how to get the chicken to soak up more of the marinade....YOU CAN INJECT YOUR POULTRY WITH THE MARINADE.

Hey..I got injected Saturday afternoon! lol

The first time I used the injection "kit" my hubby bought I did it all wrong. I was using too little a "needle" to try and inject a rather thick marinade-had onions and pineapple bits. Damn stuff was spurting out all over 'da place but where it should have gone! Mess!
