Citrus fruit

I haven’t seen any threads about citrus fruits which is weird. Growing up in Spain we would pick citrus right off the tree and eat them everyday, but living in America now nobody seems to eat them. Why is that and are they healthy for me? I found a place that sells them fresh from california, how would you add them to diet

I eat oranges daily, it tastes good and good vitamin C

fruit has gotten a bad rap in bodybuilding and I am one of the people who have pushed for fruit to be added to every persons diet no matter what

it is hydrating, full of antioxidants, and very alkaline.

anyone who says fruit is bad cause it has sugar is simply ignorant. first off majority of fruit is water and fiber. very little sugar. and also the glycemic load is very low on fruit.

Lots of people eat citrus fruit. Raw fruit is a key part of my diet.
