Chocolate milk

I have read that drinking Chocolate milk post workout is actually really good for you. 3:1 ratio of protein and carbs. Apparently hydrates you better than water aswell. What do you guys think ? I have read a couple studies that prove it. hmmm?
 
a few boneheads started that a few years ago on forums and such.. there was probably some bs cherry picked study that showed it was good

i can assure you that it isn't a good idea whether you are bulking or especially cutting.

and as far as hydrating better than water. HA!! that is the most ridiculous lie i've heard all month
