Chicken/Nutrition Question

hey guys, i was just curious of how much protein was in 12oz of chicken breasts? Ive tried nutri-facts.com and other sites but it gives me a million hits on things like chicken broilers with skin , baked etc. and never quite what i want, the only closely related site i found with info was at anabolicreview but it said 3 ounces of chicken breast was 26g of protein that seems like very little, so if anyone can clear this up for me, as well as if you have a site with a simple caloric value chart, id appreciate it.

thanks, was that from fitday.com? also those chicken breasts have skin on them, so thats why theres carbs, i eat skinless, boneless.
 
The chicken breasts you buy at Sams Club in mass quantities are 6oz each with the following stats:

170 calories
34 g protein
00 g carbs
3.5 g fat

Double all the numbers above and you should have a typical low fat chicken breast.
