Chicken breast

Excerpt: I've been eating four chicken breasts a day (high quality) for a while now and I'm getting a little burnt out. Eating the same thing day after day is ok for a while, but gets old. I'm wondering if I can take a raw chicken breast, dip it in egg, put oats all over it and then bake it? Has anyone done this? Thanks

    Chicken breast

    I've been eating four chicken breasts a day (high quality) for a while now and I'm getting a little burnt out. Eating the same thing day after day is ok for a while, but gets old. I'm wondering if I can take a raw chicken breast, dip it in egg, put oats all over it and then bake it? Has anyone done this?

    Yeah, my wife did this for me.....dip it in egg, rolled them in oat bran and parmesan cheese. Not bad change.

    You could use whole wheat bread crumbs with the parmesan cheese also. Both work fine.

    You gotta mix it up before you do get burnt out. Try ground turkey. Its pretty lean and has plenty of protien. Not as good as some fatty beef but its diffrent. Cut up the chicken and throw it in a salad with some oil. Another thing I do is cut it into chuncks and get whole wheat pita bread and throw the chicken in the wrap with some cheese and other lunch meat. just to mix it up.
