cheesecake factory menu

I just moved to a new town I will be working here for 3 months before going back home, the nearest place I have around is the cheesecake factory, I have been eating clean for the last two years and I want to maintain my eating habits, I know you guys are familiar with this restaurant, what do you usually get when you go or what do you recommend as a healthy option I will be eating very often at this place since it is the only restaurant around, thank you?

I went recently they have one of the largest menu's I have ever seen. They do have a page on the menu called "skinnylicious" worst name ever lol. But they have alot of healthy options compared to the rest of the menu. But why cant you cook your own food? Or even get with a meal plan company.

i have never eaten there but I used to eat their cheesecakes that were sold retail and the amount of calories in them isn't going to work. maybe 1 slice once a week at most as a meal replacement you can get away with considering they have over 1K calories a slice

as for the actual full menu, don't waste your time. go to the supermarket and buy your own food and make it at home. don't fall into the restaurant trap like a lot of people

You can order healthy at any restaurant.

Ask for a garden salad with no dressing. Ask the to top the salad with things like baked chicken breast, shrimp skewers, hard boiled eggs, nuts/seeds etc.

Ask for a plain baked potato or a cup of rice on the side.
