Excerpt: I've been on a diet for a couple months now and have been losing weight but man I thought it was ready to have some fun tonight and watch some WWE Raw on TV. I'm drinking about four beers having some rocky road ice cream some ice cream sandwiches and some wheaties. it feels so good to eat this type of food. How bad will I will I feel tomorrow haha?

    Cheating on my diet oh my

    If you eat too many cheat meals you'll get fat, stick to mostly 1 cheat meal per week

    one of the idiotic fallacies people believe is that only junkie food tastes good. WRONG!

    i can make delicious food that is also healthy. there are recipes i have posted all over the place already. example i make the best chicken wings with guac. completely healthy and all ingredients from scratch.
