Cheat meal you’re welcome

Every once in a while I like to switch things up and try something different to keep my diet from getting boring. This is great simple protein pancake recipe for a cheat day. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 scoop Allmax Iso flex Vanilla
3 egg whites
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp almond butter
1 Splenda packet
2 tbsp sugar-free syrup


Directions


Mix ingredients in a bowl. If needed, add a bit more water.
Cook over medium heat.
Plate and spread 1 tbsp almond butter on top of the pancakes.
Sprinkle with 1 packet Splenda and drizzle with maple syrup.
If desired, add a few strawberries and bananas for deliciousness!

swap in coconut flour, raw honey to sweeten and you have a healthy pancake. changing ingredients is important when it comes to what you put into your body. refined flour, splenda, sugar free syrup are things you should not put in your body ever
